Apparently this cat was hit by a car, and ended up having a leg amputated, surgery, etc. Due to injury it's face eventually, uh... fell off. This guy made a whole blog for this cat, with a ton of pictures. When you first start looking you'll think "oh it's not so bad" but it quickly progresses to AAAGH. It's a trainwreck but I can't look away.
