Hey - I have a few free pairs of tix to see Accept & Kings X tonight at Showcase Live at Patriot Place in Foxborough ... but I have to call them in within the next half hour ... if anyone wants a pair post your full name here ... I need a phone number too, if you don't want to post it here (understandable) you can PM it to me ... show is at 8 and you will get 2 free tix
Anyone seen a show here? Now I wonder, if my tix say doors at 6, and his schedule says show at 8, is it like 2 hours where you can sit down and eat dinner or something? I know they serve food here, just not 100% on how it works.

I know they do some kind of dinner thing beforehand, not sure if it's for all shows or not.
ALSO: THERE IS 5 MINUTES LEFT IN THIS OFFER. sorry for the short window of opportunity but I need to get these names in to them ASAP!
EDIT: GOT YOU, ANDREW (feel free to edit your phone # out I have it down)

thank you...when are accept on? I have a MUST ATTEND band practise tonight but should be done by 930
sorry, I have no clue of band times but I do get the impression these shows run pretty early ... but if Kings X are going on after 8 I would think you should catch Accept by 9:30
I'm just leaving Waltham now, so if you guys are going right in there's no way I'll catch you. I'm thinking I may just be walking in to that melodious Teutonic romp... Hi-dee-hi-do-hi-da, hi-dee-hi-do-hi-da, hi-dee, hi-do, hi-yaha-da-hahaha
Why is it that no matter how nice the equipment, and no matter how much headroom the P.A. has, soundmen always insist on turning things up just PAST the point where things distort and turn to shit? Loud is fun, but distinguishable is better.
Am I crazy? King's X sounded fucking AWESOME, then as soon as Accept hit the stage they turned it UP?! Am I just old and curmudgeony, or does anyone agree?
Sorry to rant, my ears are ringing hellishly loud right now.

It sounded pretty awesome up close, but further back in the room it was a bit muddy definitely.
I got in free... Stupid bastards didn't have an open box office, but the door dude was cool.
Before it gets even hazier, this is what I remember the set being (WTF is up with playing "Starlight" and "Breaker" 1st and 3rd, instead of in a row???):
Starlight
Living For Tonight
Breaker
Restless And Wild
Teutonic Terror
The Abyss
Son Of A Bitch
Up To The Limit
Metal Heart
Neon Nights
No Shelter
Flash Rockin' Man
Bulletproof
Midnight Mover
Fast As A Shark
Pandemic
Princess Of The Dawn
Balls To The Wall

Sounds about right with the set list...
Also this place is a joke.. it was so easy to sneak in beers even after you were in and there was no re-entry (figure that one out) that i drank free for most of the night..
