Since I moved I had to re-sign up at the new address for Comcast. They gave me 3 fucking broken DVRs in 1 week. I fucking bitched them out and had a tech come to the house. At that point I was convinced something was wrong with my wiring or something. Turns out.. nope, here's a new DVR. 4th one works. yay.
At least I got free HBO for 3 months and some more money off my bill out of it.
I'm getting ready to deal with the customer service labyrinth myself - fucking router needs to be cycled 10 times a day. (No torrentz running or nothin', either.)
