We're looking for a room that preferably someone already has and is looking to split, but any info anyone may have is more than welcome.

We usually jam once or twice a week, but no set schedule at this point in time. We're anal about keeping things neat so we won't trash the place.

That would fucking rule...the biggest issue seems to be actually finding a place that's free. I've heard a lot of places are completely booked solid. Any ideas where to look, Bluesahn?

Well think of the reasons:

-They naturally fill up just using word of mouth
-They want to attract as little negative attention (thieves, complaining old people) as possible
-People enjoy the privacy of the spaces (most of the time)
