KIX. I mean back then I had to give it up because they were hometown boys from Baltimore and you could see them all the time at Hammerjacks bar,but now I look back and go what in the hell did I ever like about there music, except"don't close your eyes". That was a good song.

toggletoggle post by litacore   at Apr 2,2004 3:57pm
STRYPER!

I sold the cassette though within a year because I realized how 'tarded it was

toggletoggle post by morkul  at Apr 2,2004 4:01pm
What about WASP.Does anyone remember them.Inside the electric circus.

toggletoggle post by litacore   at Apr 2,2004 4:02pm
I like the first WASP release. Not much after that.

toggletoggle post by TheGreatSpaldino   at Apr 2,2004 4:08pm
WASP rules, LA Guns rules, Stryper rules, Winger rules, White Lion rules, White Snake rules, Dokken rules, Motely Crue rules, Grim Reaper rules, Grave Digger rules... any 80's metal band that you can think of (save for Poison), flat out rules.

toggletoggle post by TheGreatSpaldino   at Apr 2,2004 4:09pm
oh... Accept rules too, couldn't go without saying their name.

toggletoggle post by morkul  at Apr 2,2004 4:10pm
I was a big RATT fan.

toggletoggle post by succubus  at Apr 2,2004 4:12pm
round and round...

toggletoggle post by Ninkaszi187   at Apr 2,2004 4:41pm
Some of my friends give me shit for being a huge Life Of Agony fan. Twatever. River Runs Red and Ugly are two of the best albums ever. Like what you like.

toggletoggle post by babysbreath   at Apr 2,2004 4:44pm
cradle of filth, hmmmmm...... I know there is tons more, but why waste my time trying to remember.

I never liked NKOTB, but at the time, i felt like a loner... I was literally the only kid i knew that didnt have an oversized button of Jordan Knight strapped to thier purposfully shredded jeans. My aunt took me and my sister to see them once, but i didnt have a choice i tell ya... i swear.

toggletoggle post by morkul  at Apr 2,2004 4:45pm
I played a bunch of shows with Life of Agony before River Runs Red came out. They were very cool and down to earth guys.

Poison is not that bad as far as 80's glam metal goes, Enuff Z'Nuff though, is fucking awful.

toggletoggle post by TheGreatSpaldino   at Apr 2,2004 4:53pm
oh shit... i forgot about that crap factory. i stand correct... Enuff Z' Nuff is absolutely terrible. Poison is good compared to those guys.

I love LOA, they're playing May 21 at the Matrix in Boston. They only play shit off of RRR and Ugly.

But I used to be a big Cradle of Filth fan. When Midian came out I stopped listening, but recently I listened to some old stuff and its just bad.

toggletoggle post by succubus  at Apr 2,2004 5:01pm
ok not that anyone cares, but i jsut requested to cover the show...although i'm not sure i emailed the correct person and the show's only a week away...

we'll see

toggletoggle post by Ninkaszi187   at Apr 2,2004 5:05pm
Yeah Life Of Agony is playing in Boston, and Providence. I'm going to both. They play one or two songs off Soul Searching Sun as well. I saw them in Attleboro last time. They played Weeds. I like that album too, just not as much.

toggletoggle post by MyDeadDoll   at Apr 2,2004 5:09pm
I like LOA. I think i'll have to go dig up
RRR and listen to that since the rain is
lulling me to sleep and i just drank a
mocha, so i could not be sleepy.

toggletoggle post by Terence   at Apr 2,2004 6:15pm
I loved the Ghetto Boyz. I still love 80's new wave, Neil Diamond, Fleetwood Mac....the list goes on.

toggletoggle post by TheGreatSpaldino   at Apr 2,2004 6:24pm
most of my friends hate Labyrinth and Sonata Arctica so i guess those bands are the most "embarassing"

toggletoggle post by Josh_hates_you  at Apr 2,2004 6:37pm
i saw LOA at the palladium. they where great. RRR is still my favorite album ever just for what it meant to me at 12 or 13 years old when it came out

toggletoggle post by MyDeadDoll   at Apr 2,2004 9:29pm
i saw LOA a long ass time ago... they opened
for Type O Negative. i think i was a freshman
in high school. that was fun times.
