im going south, but from 93 to 90 on 95, there wasnt much traffic as as i got to 90' there were cars and people parked all over the road and all on the bridges. when i got to 90, there was a police blocade around 5 busses and a few cars. then rught at 90, all the traffic traveling north was stopped
