few good tracks, only one listen to the entire disc so far...nothing is really sticking out.

cool album cover by benscoter.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Mar 24,2004 11:36am
I've been waiting for this...
is this the disc with all the old tracks?

toggletoggle post by RustedAngel at Mar 24,2004 11:45am
? it's the new album.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Mar 24,2004 11:51am
ok.. I know they released something with thier history on it or something.
but i've been getting aims from the guitarist about new tracks.
I can't wait for this cd.

toggletoggle post by RustedAngel at Mar 24,2004 12:08pm
if you heard kill for god, that's probably the best track off it.

toggletoggle post by Dissector   at Mar 24,2004 3:13pm
I enjoyed their first 2 cds. But I think the song Kill For God blows a lot. I;ll download a few more before making up my mind if I'll buy the cd or not.

toggletoggle post by eddie  at Mar 24,2004 3:26pm
i think i'll get it, after a cd like God Was Created you have to get there next album

toggletoggle post by Dissector   at Mar 24,2004 3:37pm
Not if the band sucks.

nice

duders... are you kidding me?
vehemence is awesome. their first cd was awesome.
I wish they would re-record it on metalblade's bill.

toggletoggle post by retzam at Mar 24,2004 9:28pm
I don't know, I have only heard God Was Created, and the "story" was pretty bad, and 90% of the lyrics are about how god doesnt exist. Don't they have anything else to say? But that is just the lyrics I have anything against. As far as the music goes, they just aren't my type.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Mar 24,2004 9:41pm
AIM me.
I'll send you some of their first cd.
it was fucking great.

toggletoggle post by retzam at Mar 24,2004 10:32pm
What is your s/n? I will IM you after Southpark.

are you saying Vehemence sucks or am i just reading you wrong?

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Mar 24,2004 10:48pm
you guys should fight...
dissector fight!

toggletoggle post by Dissector   at Mar 25,2004 2:42pm
I'm not saying Vehemence sucks. Their first cd was good, a tad boring but good. God Was Created was better, greta song writing. I don't even like meldocid based bands. But so far from what I heard of their new cd it blows a lot. And all I'm saying is its possible for a band to be good one moment and suck another.

If you wanna see a Dissector fight just come to a band practice, we fight all the time about nothing.

toggletoggle post by Iren_The_Viking   at Mar 25,2004 11:06pm
Ya bands can suck in a blink of an eye, look at metallica. We do argue enough for me to confidently state that as you read this post, we are probably bitching at eachother.

toggletoggle post by eddie  at Mar 25,2004 11:17pm
i'm not saying that bands can't be good then suck, i'm just saying that if a bands previous stuff is good then you should give there new stuff a chance

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Apr 10,2004 9:04pm
hm...

toggletoggle post by Terence   at Apr 11,2004 12:01am

words like that scare me.

this sounds like a CD that i need to add to my library.

oh yeah... and since there's no place to buy good music
here, can someone recomend a good place online to buy
CD's? I mostly get stuff at BN.com, they surprisingly have
a lot of stuff and i have a little discount card thingie, so
it's all good. but, yeah, clue me in. thanks. =)

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Apr 11,2004 11:14am
terence, I wouldn't think that you would like them.
I think they are awesome though.

You're not missing much. We played a show with them and Hate Eternal back in 2000 and they didn't impress us much at all. Real boring live, no stage presence at all.

toggletoggle post by DysenteryVokills@school at Apr 14,2004 8:22pm
man vehemence is so sik live the guys vokills are so sik yet he has pretty intense pronounciation for such a deep gurgly singer and the music is pretty intense reminds me of one my favorite bands Garden of Shadows

I'm relatively new here. What band are or were you in?

toggletoggle post by morkul  at Apr 15,2004 12:00pm
I wss in a band called Genocaust at that time. Now I am currently not with anyone. I'm honing my skills to perfection to be released upon the world at a later date and time, and when I do.....woooooooooooooooh. Before them I was mostly in let's say a shitload of bands in D.C.. Too many to name over the course of 13 years..

toggletoggle post by John from Vehmence at Jul 2,2004 9:30am
Hey hows it going guys. Some peple dont think I dont read this type of shit lol. I have read through all the posts! Just wanted to see the hype if there was any. Sebastian, the cd itself has 57min hour long footage within the cd. It runs on Windows Media 9, and shows our history from 2003 to 1997, all live footage. Check it out.

To each their own. The cd has been getting awsome reviews, we head over to Europe in April 2005 through MAY 2005. And a South American tour for early 2005/then Canada. We sure have our work cut out for us. This news is posted here and there on our Ultimate Metal Forum.

To each their own about impressing people live, not all opening bands can get a light show with a full stage to themselves on their first tours. I am assuming you saw us in the new england area.

Who says we have no stage presence. I remember your band, Wyatt+you guys quit a while back didnt you? Well you saw us 2 years before we signed to Metal Blade, and right when they got me as their new guitarist. So give us a break lol, then again you knew nothing about us back then nor now. Pleasure doing shows with yas, while it lasted. Last one was Tucson I think. Check out our music video, for By Your Bedside on our website http://www.vehemence.com thats how we move like live so. Alright See you soon Aaron! Chat to you on ICQ or AIM more.

Kill for God was an amazing song. I have yet to buy the CD though. I do plan on purchasing it once I get a job and can start buying shitloads of CDs again.

toggletoggle post by hybrid   at Jul 3,2004 4:10am

Fucking VEHEMENCE!!!!!!!!!!! Vehemence kicks ass, fuck all the haters! I've seen them live in phoenix 5 times and all 5 times they tore the fucking stage up. They are great musicians and should remembered so!

Yeah, and they suck. Total grilled cheese death metal

toggletoggle post by Ryan_M at Feb 14,2007 2:05pm
"God Was Created" was a damn good record, I didn't think "Helping the World..." was too special though.
Davefromthegrave is right though, who the hell goes pulling up several year old threads? Then again, if someone made their own thread, they'd have the whole board going "REPOST!!!! THERE'S ALREADY A THREAD ABOUT VEHEMENCE FROM LIKE 3 YEARS AGO!!! USE THE SEARCH BUTTON STUPID!!!"

now I want grilled cheese

toggletoggle post by Clinically Dead at Feb 14,2007 2:22pm
"now I want grilled cheese "

That does sound good about now. I especially like them with a tomato, but i dont like tomatoes on anything else. Dont ask me why, its just the way it is.

It would be cool if Vehemence never existed, therefore i wouldnt be thinking about a grilled cheese sandwich and my ears wouldnt have been filled with shit the one time i saw them accidently for 3mins.

toggletoggle post by powerkok   at Feb 14,2007 4:49pm edited Feb 14,2007 4:49pm
Vehemence fucking ruled, anyone that disagrees is obviously a fuckin moron.

toggletoggle post by thegreatspaldino   at Feb 14,2007 5:28pm
