for lifting boxes, mixing drinks, and giving handjorbs on company time.

They're jettisoning contractor assets like crazy - I somehow managed to last for a few months after my contract was ended, but HR eventually told my manager
he couldn't just keep paying me.

i feel bad for all the people who've been posting here the last few months about losing their jobs and/or having a difficult time finding jobs. it sucks.

It sucks out there right now. I feel for you dude. I am employed, but business sucks bad -- and I'm one of the guys responsible for bringing it in. Never know what will happen tomorrow.

I just got a new job 2 weeks working in metal shop. We make trailers for cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc. I'm very lucky right now.
