it's a rather large house that he lives with his folks in since he's on tour most of the time it doesn't make much sense for him to blow money on a place just for himself. his studio is also built into the bottom floor of the house just feet from his parents bedroom, but it soundproofed so a drummer could be playing boom-chick-boom-boom-chick and you wouldn't hear a thing from the bedroom.

I wouldn't agree that he's a douchebag as someone who lives next to him apparently claims, he's a pretty nice dude. he got his degree in business and is doing well for himself and having a good time doing it. maybe a bit of jealousy coming from the people claiming that he's a 'douchebag'?
