I'm starting to get some decent tone lower in my bicepts, but I'm having a hard time cutting some of the fat like right under my shoulder and upper armpit area.

what the fuck excersize is there for this?

I've been doing a zillion butterflys and a little back work, but cant see to target the spot.

Pulldowns and pullups. Use the wide grip bar and pull down as low as you can go -- I usually try for the bottom of the ribcage, then your lower lats get worked as well. Also pullovers -- take a dumbbell and rest it on your chest as you are lying flat on the bench -- stretch it over your head and pull it back over. That should target that armpit fat.

Also, do decline bench press or full-body dips for that lower-titty area.

the last year I've been eating a shit ton of unhealthy food and drinking heavily. and I've lost almost 50 LBs.

I think it's because back when i was trying to eat healthy, i wasn't eating enough to keep my metabolism up.

If you want a serious answer, you can't spot reduce like that, you just lose overall and it'll go away. If you want specific strength exercises- if the part you're talking about is on the arm, that's just tricep area (pushing away motions) and if you're talking about by the armpit itself, that's upper back (a pullup motion).
