From what my friend told me the other week, he had just returned to Canada after his work visa expired. He was living in the states with his fiance. I can't imagine how she must be feeling.
I just logged into the BWBK board, Adrian's brother said he had been fighting pneumonia and that's what took him. He went in his sleep. |

He was a cool guy, he traded a couple half-page ads in Unrestrained! for some CDs that he wanted at MDF 2007.
I think the first time I met him was 10 years earlier at Milwaukee Metalfest XI - 1997.

Adrian was the type of guy who'm once you've met you never forgot. He was a good friend, a really upbeat and "real" person. He was always very positive, and just as the nickname suggests, just an endless source of energy. He was a great asset to up and coming bands with just a tireless and commandable work ethic. He was a champion of all things metal (well except for COB! lol) and as someone else put it, an Ambassador for this genre. If the world had more people like him this would be a better place.He will be sorely missed by anyone who was lucky enough to know him. |
