I opened mine up today to try to clean it out. I didn't do anything weird but now the disk tray won't come out all the way and when I went to try to see what was wrong with that, the cable connecting the two buttons to the console came out so that nothing happens.
Anyone have one that I could buy or receive as a really sweet gift?

i have one that works except for the controller ports have a delay on them... so if u can switch parts around its all yours.

Mine isn't butchered at all. Works fine. choice is yours. Also comes with 3 controllers and wireless remote and memory card. Will also throw in NCAA football(last years)
