this:

Spider Gates is a beautiful, secluded, old Quaker cemetery in Leicester Massachusetts. Its actual name is Friends Cemetery, and is privately owned by the Worcester-Pleasant Street Friends Meeting. Graves date back as far as the 1700’s, with interments as recent as March 2000. Spider Gates is set back on its own private gated lane, Earle Street, about 800 feet from the main road. The wrought-iron gate has a spider web pattern – hence the name.
i've never been there though...a lot of legends and stories surrounding it..

"There is a central raised area twenty feet by twenty feet called “the Altar.” Satanists have permission to use it."

umm... sure...

The stories and the cemetery may be stupid, but I have no life and find these things interesting. I once drove to New Hampshire because I heard there was a haunted tombstone there. Like I said...no life.

i have to agree about the interesting part, but some of
the stuff they write to entice people is just lame.

last time i was in san diego, i was in old town and they have
a small cemetary there. when they built the town, the built
over the cemetary and in the street, there's little metal
circles that say "GRAVE SITE" where they paved over the
graves. it's apparently suppoised to be haunted too. i'll
have to find the pictures that i have of the street with the little
metal things in it. i'll upload them when i get the chance later.

my pictures:

the grave markers in the street...

they built a wall through the cemetary... the head
stones says Bill ___ is not here but on the other
side of the wall.

it's a really small cemetary, this is about a quarter of it...
