i finally have health insurance. i called my doctors office and apparently my doc doesnt take mass health. and the doctor she recommended for me to go to is based out of dorchester. not like the recommendation was for me specifically.. so ive been on the hunt all morning looking for a doctor in my area. this is the most difficult thing for me to do because i have so many health issues that i need to find a doc with a balanced education about my disorder and be willing to learn and understand as i grow older.. and more frail. ugh. i really am being choked to death with anxiety over a fucking doctor... maybe once i find one he can give me a handful of adavan and i can take a nap on a cloud somewhere far away from massachusettes and our absurd health care laws. im pretty much stuck on what do do. but its been years since i have just had a check up.. so i gota get it done.

Your best bet would be to go online. Most health ins. companies have online databases that help you find a dr in their network and in your area. From there you can find a primary dr and a specialist if need be. They also usually provide a profile for each dr explaining there profesional backround as well as provide feedback from patients. You may also want to look into a large facility that has many dr's on staff. Places like Havard Vangaurd have regular dr's and specialists, and do all kinds of stuff on site : x-rays, lab tests, blood drawing ect..

Our records indicate that one Dr. Richard Horror is an excellent pediatric gynecologist.

my step son is on mass health, we just called and asked them to send us a list of providers and they did it. Then we went through it and called to a couple different to see what worked for us. (somewhere close, and someone that speaks Portuguese.)
