I've never had an issue with the customer service at comcast.
it's the typical, sitting on the for 45 minutes pretending to do what the bonehead wants you to do.
then you finish up with them saying "I can't help you, it's go to be your ethernetcard. it'll be $42343244398575 for someone to come fix that"
then you ask for a manager and after fighting with them for 10 minutes,
you get transfered to someone that fixes the issue for you in about 2 minutes flat.
