Here's the Dwyer/Pathos + Staples/SEXCREMENT story so far...
Josh Staples = biggest prick I've ever met.
I got SEXCREMENT on a killer show with MORTAL DECAY, GOREALITY, DYSENTERY and ABNORMALITY back in November...
The guy booking the show wasn't sure about who would snag that last open slot and Josh started begging on a local messageboard:

So I convinced the guy booking the show to put them on it, since SEXCREMENT rules, even though their bass player is a douche-nozzle.
So, that week I had show banners made for GOREALITY and DYSENTERY...
I basically do it at cost (for friends) but Josh wanted to work out some deal where he would trade CDs for the banner in exchange for an amount of CDs that we agreed upon.
4 months later, March rolls around and I finally get the file to have the banner made and my friend does it and brings it over, but it isn't laminated since the laminating machine was broken and being fixed. So, not wanting to rush something and give it to them and have it fall apart in a few months, I waited until the machine was fixed and made a special trip out of my way to go have it laminated properly.
So, the banner is done and he starts telling me that I have to "do this and do that" when I'm doing a favor for his band, not him, I hate the kid. So instead of him working something out he starts telling people that I ripped off DEHUMANIZED and ETERNAL SUFFERING (which is far from true) and posting on message boards that I am raping the scene by trying to make a profit.
Okay, long enough story, can't wait to hear Josh's twisted side of it.

Jewsma Bin Dwyer going after everyone for money they owe him lol @ life
I like to wear a elaborate Jar Jar Binks costume and mask as part of my every day life. I went to the grocery store, and saw how depressed everyone was so I thought I would help. I started dancing in the aisles, and yelling at people, and running up to people and taking things out of their cart. It was great fun. Then when I went to check out, there was only one lane open and a long line. I screamed and screamed while in line and danced, bumping into other people. I opened a box of baking soda and threw it around. Finally I got to the checkout. I started making noises at the cashier, and I kept pressing buttons on the computer. Some people in line were groaning because the line was getting very long, but that gave me even more incentive to make them laugh. I climbed onto the table and started kicking peoples groceries on the floor and singing. The manager and one of his goons pulled me off and said I could never shop there again. Can I sue for harassement or possibly assault?

I catch bits and pieces of that show because my girlfriend watches it. From what I gather he has a thing for this black girl on the show. She thinks he's a cro magnon retard because he is. I saw a clip of him flipping out saying he's going to beat up her boyfriend because... because why does any meatbag think things like that? He's a career alcoholic who's parents were both drug addicts, and thinks that lifting weights all day is an accomplishment. So that's who that guido is.

I dropped this days ago. I said my piece when it was needed. All we wanted was the banner and Dwyer deliberately and intentionally failed to ship it on time. I never would have posted this crap on the net if only Dwyer would have been a Man and would have called me back or at least returned on of my many text messages or emails.

Sorry that Fish can't be 100% honest, but I guess he was sparing your feelings. It's true about that show and even after the show he regretting putting you on because of your rock star attitude, "Oh we pulled in a LOT of people, huh?" when you were the middle band of 5, not a headliner.
What did I pull with either of those bands? If you knew you facts you'd know that ETERNAL SUFFERING dicked me over by stabbing me in the back and signing with Steve Miller, the coke-head ripoff loser from Extremities.
Both of those bands fell apart because things weren't going well doing it on their own, both shoulda stuck with Pathos.
