We're a drummer and bassist based out of Boston, looking for skilled guitarists/vocalists to start a new project.

We enjoy many kinds of metal, but mostly death/tech/thrash/grind. We're not looking to pigeonhole but instead play whatever interests us. Bands we dig include Decapitated, Necrophagist, The Faceless, Arsis, Red Chord, etc.
For vocalists, we don't have a specific style in mind; we're open and will go with what works.

Have pro gear, transport, a good attitude and all that. We're out to have fun and make some brutal music in the process. I'm sure I'm forgetting something so if any questions just ask.

So now that all of our members/soon to be ex-members know that we are booting them, we can just come out and say that we are the band known as (ouch) and although (ouch) wasnt as brutal as the description in this post says, thats why we are looking for new people. We want to be a LOT heavier.

As far as potential members are concerned:
We really want a guitar player who can write parts on his own at home. Parts that kick ass, over the top, lots of tremolo picking, sweeps, crazy runs. We want a shredder. Whoever we get will really have a lot of chance to show off. It will be fun as hell, if you or someone you know sounds like this then please drop us a line.

yes in fact he is. As are most of the members, although its not really what we want to do in this project.

Jim, I'm interested in trying out for vocals for this! Ryan Fisher told me about this band, sounds like it'll be up my alley! Pathogenic is no more and I'm bored and tired of not doing anything.

We found one that has a lot of promise, and two more that sound like they have potential but haven't been able to try out yet. You know how the whole tryout thing goes, slow process...

Yeah, still looking. And believe me it sucks to know that someone with your talents is without a project and if we found a brutal enough guitar player you might be in... i am keeping my fingers crossed...
