If I ever see another game that somebody actually used a sense of humor in designing, I'll be really surprised.

Yes!!!!! This company Razor Soft made the greatest games for Genesis. They made this one game i can't remember the name, but it involved shooting the limbs off of aliens and monsters in a first person shoot em up style. total rulage. And also made possibly the greatest game of all time....
the one thing that I always thought was totally bizarre was that the game takes sometime in the medieval era, yet on the intro screen you'd see the football coach with his headset.
oh, and the cowboy on the score screen. What the hell did he have to do with anything?
