Now we're all here cause we like br00tal and kvlt metal...But what is that one skeleton in your closet that if released, you'd be hung by your balls by the entire RTTP community? I'm not talking about liking Stevie Wonder or Queen or anything deemed "classic" and iconic... I'm talking about terrible, pop driven music or for even worse, "rap". You have to genuinely enjoy it, and actually know most, if not all, of the lyrics to many of their songs/albums. So let's have it...
80s Hair metal
Killswitch and Lamb of God (yeah, go ahead and shit talk, I still enjoy both bands)
NWA, Dr. Dre (the chronic), DMX
Dave Matthews Band (basically because Carter is a crazy drummer)
so, yeah, I'm sure I'll be trashed and berated for this...
I don't see why listening to rap would be a guilty pleasure. Most underground hip hop is fucking awesome. I wouldn't say I have any real guilty pleasures since there's nothing I'm ashamed of liking except Ace of Base, Color Me Badd and Snow. I mean...what?
Minus the Bear seems like a band that most people would look at me funny for liking. They are fucking amazing, and most if not all of the band were in Botch. And maybe Mattafix, Neil Diamond, Jamiroqaui, and some Boy Sets Fire.

UNDERGROUND AFRICAN-AMERICAN VIOLENCE MUSIC IS THE FUTURE
AS WHITEY DIES OUT FOR BEING TOO EMO, WE TAKE PRECEDENCE
THE FUTURE IS BLACK... BLACK AND ANGRY
YOU SHOULD ALSO LISTEN TO UNDERGROUND R&B
IT'S LIKE DEATH METAL BUT HAS MORE SWING
WHITEY IS STEALING HIP-HOP FROM AFRICANS TOO?
WE INVENTED EVERYTHING: THE WHEEL, THE WRITTEN WORD, TWO-STORY DWELLINGS, BEETHOVEN, SPACE TRAVEL...
AND WHITEY TAKE IT ALL!
CRAFTY ALBINIDS
WHAT ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF THIS UNDERGROUND HIP HOP?
DOES IT KNOW THE CORRECT WAY TO SET A TABLE, AND HOW TO TIE A TIE?
IS IT VERY POLITE, AND OFTEN BASED IN THE SUBURBS?
DOES IT SMELL LIKE MILK PRODUCTS, LIKE WHITE PEOPLE?
(SOME WHITE PEOPLE SMELL LIKE CHEESE, BUT THAT IS ONLY THE FAT ONES, WHICH IS LESS THAN 80% OF THEM)
I don't feel guilty about anything I listen to but if it were through the eyes of anyone else.
My favorite rapper is Eminem and his associates on his label. To Murph, Anberlin is absolutely amazing and nothing to be ashamed about. Fleshfries, Alter Bridge is one of my favorite Modern Rock bands. The new album is AWESOME.
I like a lot of Contemporary Christian artists like Jeremy Camp, MercyMe and David Crowder Band. I like a lot of Rap but not the crap that's been coming out the past couple years. Also, I like some Post-Hardcore.
i have a library of grateful dead bootlegs, dicks picks, one box set, and every studio recording they did all the way back to when they were the warlocks.

Jamiroquai are one of my favorite bands (first 3 albums).

Gotta disagree with you there man.
There is a handfull of really good underground rap, but most?
MOST underground rap is absolute garbage. and that's why it's underground.
and most underground rappers that I've listened too are only any good for a one or two album time span and then they put out 27 terrible albums. I mmortal tech and yakk ballz are prime examples.
I like to slowly gauge my penis hole a little more each day until I can fit another man's erect penis inside mine. Oh and also the song 'One Thing" by Finger Eleven
THE PINK DONUTS OF WHITE GIRLS
ARE MY GUILTY PLEASURE
BLACK POWER!

Jars of Clay is the only true Christian band I thought was appealing, and this band called Wine Field who is AMAZING, and I'm not sure but they may be Christian. Anberlin is fucking godlike, I don't know why, but it just is.

Grateful Dead, especially the channel they have on Sirius, a whole unedited concert on at 12 noon. My favorite era is 71 to 77, when it was just Bill K on drums, Micky Hart sucks the rythm out of their live shows, and when that Donna chick sings, whoo, holy off key.
good call on the era brad. def the most jazzy, spacious shit came from then. i personally dig the later part of 74' when donna was pregnant and it was just keith, billy k, phil, jerry and bobby.
