basically, there are certain altitudes in which airlines are allowed to use and the military is allowed to use. he's opening up the altitudes used for military aircraft to jetliners to ease delayed flights.

this will clog up all the airspace, and make it much more hectic for NORAD to keep an eye out for suspicious activity(kinda like how all of the air force was strangely running exercises during 9/11 so no fighters were available to intercept the airliners). if this is the case, then an unimaginable amount of situations can arise that are pretty much unstoppable once they are set in motion.

possibility for a false flag attack leading to an invasion of iran? i'd say those chances are pretty high
