TESTAMENT officially working with acclaimed drummer PAUL BOSTAPH

Paul Bostaph will join the ranks alongside originating classic thrash
legends Chuck Billy on vocals, Alex Skolnick on lead guitar, Eric Peterson
on rhythm guitar and Greg Christian on bass.

Unfortunately Nick Barker will not be recording with TESTAMENT on this new
album, due to Homeland Security and International Work Visa issues. Rather
than delaying this long awaited return of TESTAMENT, the band has chosen to
recruit Paul Bostaph, long time friend and member, to record on the much
anticipated album, which is tentatively scheduled for a spring 2008 release
via Nuclear Blast. Paul Bostaph will join the ranks alongside originating
classic thrash legends Chuck Billy on vocals, Alex Skolnick on lead guitar,
Eric Peterson on rhythm guitar and Greg Christian on bass.

I was looking forward to hearing what Nick was gonna bring to the songs, but Paul is a good fit.

anyone else think Bostaph is better than Lomardo?

toggletoggle post by Kinslayer at Oct 8,2007 7:11pm
Lombardo was more groundbreaking but Bostaph can pull off Lombardos original style just as well if not better than Lombardo can..

Did we see the same show? Or did you drive out-of-state? If you saw 'em in Southbridge, he fucking BLEW. Granted, he had less than a week to prepare, but it really showed.

he went off time a couple times, but overall, i thought he was great considering the last minute conditions.
