how does this happen? he was walking with his dad and said he wasn't feeling good...and collapsed...his wife 7 months pregnant.
he was in good shape

i have no clue how or why this shit happens

did he have any heart conditions? sometimes people can have a heart problem and not even know it. bad things always seem to happen to good people. my condolences to you.

My dad had a heart attack in his mid 40's - luckily a bypass surgery saved him, but he was in decent shape too, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink much, has a little gut, but he isn't fat - he just ate a lot of bad stuff for your arteries, plus heart problems run in the family.
I expect I'll experience a heart attack myself in the next 20-30 years! Wish me luck! :/

I eat so much fast food that I'd be surprised if I don't have one by my 24th birthday in 2 months

A similar thing happened to a very healthy dude, the dad of a good friend of my gf, who was in his early 50s. He was a brilliant and kind person, and there was really no way to see it coming.

I feel bad for this guy's wife. How horrible to have your family crumble before it even has a chance to get going...
