"According to NorthJersey.com, some of the more than 80 people arrested during Thursday's (August 16) Ozzfest 2007 concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey were taken into custody for what police perceived as "unruly behavior in the mosh pit." They were charged with assault if they flailed their arms or legs in a way that police felt would hurt others, authorities said."
