As it always seems to go, someone backs out on moving in at the last minute.

A lot of people here have seen the house, and maybe you can help spread some word. We need 1 person to move in, hopefully by September first. The rent is 600-620/month for everything. the $620 is because I haven't looked at heating costs this year yet. washer/dryer/cable with dvr/all that jazz and you can play as much Wii as your heart desires. We have practice once a week, and that is through headphones so all you would hear from the main floor is cymbals and Gomes singing. from upstairs where theb eds are, you can't hear it at all.
These are all details I should go into if someone is interested...
