It's much better, a lot of the songs on the first one sounded exactly alike. This is a really diverse CD and I actually like a lot of the slower songs more.

p.s. get this fucking album. think ween + albert fish + heavy classical influences

plus it came out in 1970 so the darker side of that time period had a huge influence on this band
