I remember meeting Peter back at the Carnivore show last fall. Someone mentioned this band, and he just got up and left the room. It was amazing.I idolize this miserable cynical cuntrag to near quasi-homosexual levels. I know Peter has mixed feelings about the record due to the content, but I have to back Josh Silver and say it's not all that bad. There are a lot of great songs on WCD.

well, seeing as the songs are about losing various members of his family and his own drug abuse....i can see why Peter Steele would hate that album.
i have the agree with you that's it's an amazing record though
World Coming Down is criminally under-appreciated. i think that is definitely the most stripped down and to the bone Type O. whatever was happening in his life was captured on that one. typing is too hard when baked.
to label one Type O song as the "best" is an impossibility. or to even label a song as good. its not a good Type O song, its a Type O song. every single song they do is fucking spectacular.
