I know a few like Behold The Arctopus and Sleep Terror but I've been looking to get further into this genre. They don't all have to be instrumental but I'm also not looking for a good band with shitty vocals like Psyopus.
Into The Moat is pretty techy like that but it has vocals (devastating ones in my opinion) I would also suggest Necrophagist but you probably are already aware of them
Unless you have all the re-releases, don't look anywhere else.

yeah the new psyopus is annoying as shit!!! and the vocals are awful.

sleep terror = gay. I just tried to listen to behold the arctopus and I must say that they are quite possibly one of the most annoying fucking bands I've ever heard in my life.
