How do you like your isp pedal? I really want the rack unit but can't swing the cash right now so I have to grab the pedal version or a rocktron hush. I am not much of a fan for any pedals at all so I am trying to find every way under the sun to avoid getting this and to get something else.

I use an ISP and I like it a lot with my ENGL. It's very tight, which works great with the Powerball. The Hush Super C is a solid unit though, if you really want to stick with rack units.

I use the Super C with my Rectifier setup

you could look into the decimator rack. I have a rocktron hush SuperC rack unit now, it works well, but from talking to various people, the decimator is a far better unit to go with

I sold Brian his ISP.

I sold my ISP decimator, but I kept my boss NS-2.

I compared them for a good hour side by side on two crate shockwaves with two ESP LTD MH400NTs, and I got more feedback deduction without sonic loss from the Boss NS-2.

Although I have heard that different noise supressors work better on different amps with different settings.

I have no experience with the rocktron, but I have also have an MXR smartgate that is worth it's weight in gold, but it doesn't fit into my pedalboard, so I don't use it.

It would be awsome if roland put out a rack version of the boss NS-2.

IMO the ISP is solid and super transparent. the hush super c i think is the tighter gate overall however.

for your 6505 ryan, id say go with the super c.

No pedals needed except for the matching floorboard. OK, now go ahead and give me shit for not using a tube head.

Nothing wrong with solid states heads, most tube heads sound like a dick farting to me... but there is most definately something wrong with digital effects, haha.

I fi liked my amps to sound like a pile of dog ass on fire wraped in indian food I'd definitly get this amp.

P.S. I like hd147's and veta II's.

Whatever dude, I think anyone who has seen us live would say my sound is not bad at all. Life at Zero has been going for about 6 or 7 years now and I've had this head and 2 matching 4x12 cabs for at least 4 years. They've held up under much abuse.

i find that to be particularly funny, because IMO the 2.0 series PODs and flextones are by far my favorite line 6's. the vettas and hd147 are some of my least.

I'm not knocking his tone. people can make almost anything sound good. It's not MY cup of tea, and will make MY tone sound like shit. and he literally asked for it.

I have the same head. Whether it's obsolete or not, I'm never getting rid of it. I prefer this one over the Vettas any day.
