It does now. What they offered him was really decent, combined with benefits. Him and his wife are moving into a house, so he must be doing something right.

i'm doing high school...not any subject or level specifically...just whatever they need me for on any random day

i didn't need a degree or anything...i'm going to school right now and I think that might be a prerequisite for a student that wants to be a sub...not sure about adults, though

From what I've been told you need a 2 year degree to substitute. My mother-in-law does it.

i don't have shit for a degree and worked as a sub today...i think it varies per district in terms of restrictions and such(college degrees and teacher's certifications get you more $$ though)
