The latest addition to the Big Metal Records roster is Ottawa's own Darkness Rites. This band is young, but they are making serious waves. Their debut, self titled full length release is slated to hit the shelves late winter 2006. This is a strong, fast, brutal, heavy release, and is not to be missed. There will be plenty of touring for this band in the summer months, so keep an eye out for tour dates.
