Violent Marv, Big Metal's first band, the band that has led the way for Big Metal for 6 years now, has decided to call it quits as the unit they are now. After the departure of bass player extraordinaire, Shaun Ryan things began to quiet down, and shortly thereafter, vocalist Diego's departure was the death blow. As a result the remaining members, Sean, Rob and Graham have decided to start fresh with a new project instead of further bastardizing the name. The new incarnation of these men's creative influence will unfortunately not be guided by Big Metal Records as the musicians have decided they want to do things their own way. We respect their decision and wish them the best of luck in all endeavors.



The Marv will be playing one last show with plenty of surprises up their sleeves for this one. Be there to celebrate their death. As we at the Big Metal office like to say. "Violent Marv is dead..long live Violent Marv". The details of the show are below.
