New site? Maybe some day.

Is this true? If so, that's fucking retarded.
Old news maybe, still it bothers me. |
Amon Amarth PWNS Trivium. |
Both bands are overated trash, even if Trivium sucks alot more. |

versus the world had a lot of not so great songs but They don't suck. |
and who set that show up? |
well, it makes sense that amon amarth played before trivium because of sales and popularity over here (even though Trivium is quite out of place on this tour).
But yea, Amon Amarth is way better, but I do like some Trivium... which will probably lower my creadability greater. lol |
Johan told me that it was based off of the sales in America.. he said Amon was only making 200 bucks a show. They didn't even have a bus and they had to drive a van everywhere the tour went. |
well, thats 6g for month and a halfs work, plus whatever they get off of merchandise.... thats not sooooo bad. |
Yes...but they still played to a fucking packed-ass crowd. |
yeah, he said they want to headline their next tour.. johan was a cool guy.
i figure if they headline we'll see a lot older material.. victorius march, maybe a song off of sorrow throughout the nine worlds, who knows. i like their older stuff much better |

Yea, thats true. But at the same time they knew what they were getting into probably when they agreed to do the tour. I assume the point of touring with those bands was to play to packed houses so that next time they come around they can make more money off of a headlining tour... perhaps without this tour they woulda made like 100 bucks a show or something like that. Either way, this tour works out in their benefit to some degree. |
of course they did, trivium is on roadrunner, and about 10 times bigger than amon amarth
Yeah, they played first, but most people knew that and got there early. Luckily they went on at 8:30, instead of 8:15 (wen they were supposed to). Anyway, Amon Amarth played a great set in New York, and then I left!
$200 a show is ridiculous. |
