I go biking with joe every few days @ 6am (due to my schedule).

when joe trained in the late 90s, he did 5ish months of 2-6am after return to the pit. on night, he called up and said he was too sick to come in. I guess what ever I said to him made him feel bad enough that he showed up at 2am with a bucket and did his show.
