Alright. This is the type of thread I like to see! As long as I don't have an whiny emo/indie rock show to go to for work, I'll be there!!!

Jeff, can I bum a ride from you guys to NYC?

toggletoggle post by SuperFly at Aug 16,2005 9:41am
if there's room, we dont have a van anymore. we will probably end up taking 3 vehicles. i'll let you know. there's plenty of time to figure something out.

It's so funny how you always talked about how nobody ever came to Grief shows, now they are all willing to travel to NY to see Grief, but won't come see Noosebomb when they are playing 2 minutes away.

toggletoggle post by SuperFly at Aug 16,2005 9:46am
you have to laugh.

Maybe all the people around here can get excited for Noosebomb only years after you broke up.

toggletoggle post by ~Carina~ at Aug 16,2005 9:49am
On your rag Joe?

toggletoggle post by SuperFly at Aug 16,2005 9:49am
i was just gonna say that we should break up and get back together in 5 years.

toggletoggle post by Joe NotCommon Hates Boston Metal Fans for not su... its a banana ... at Aug 16,2005 10:00am
No, I am just sick of how retarded everyone has become. Nobody wants to hear new bands, or even support bands they like (i.e. Noosebomb). People in bands only go to support other bands that they think they can get something from by kissing their ass. The entire "metal" scene has turned scenester with it's new horrible (and entirely unspoken) mentality.

There are few bands better then Kevorkian's Angels and Noosebomb, and nobody came to their last few shows (not counting the doom fest for KA).

Liking Grief all of a sudden is the cool thing, I guess most other local and touring bands are out now. Don't get me wrong, Grief is a great band, but I don't see how Grief being a great band suddenly made most other bands not worth seeing suddenly.

toggletoggle post by ~Carina~ at Aug 16,2005 10:05am
well not that i really need to explain myself, but, i saw grief at the last show and i've seen noosebomb as well. it's an awesome and legendary venue, so i would go to support whatever band superfly is posting about. superfly=cool guy in cool bands.
Liz lives in the city so she posted..but if yer pissed at me because i wasn't at the last couple of shows, well what can i say, i haven't been to a lot of show period.

I couldn't have said it better myself. hahaha!

If I lived in Boston I'd give you a lift. If somehow you were able to get a ride with someone halfway, you could come with us the rest of the way. Same thing coming back. I don't know if that's possible but we're planning on going. It's still kind of far off, anything could happen, but so far we're there.

toggletoggle post by sinofangels-ray  at Aug 16,2005 12:28pm
WOW I thought Grief has been a great band for at least the past ten years and I was sorry they called it quits as well as Noosebaum HA HA HA HA I just wanted to try and catch a ride joe maybee we can go together my man in my ride

toggletoggle post by SuperFly at Aug 16,2005 1:12pm
