how come the fast lane is always so slow.

on opening day of T3 i was going down 93 south, near north station, there was a van just engulfed in flames and another car in front of it totally smashed to bits, then in front of that some guy on his cellphone

'umm, my van is on fire....send someone right away'

i could see right in the van though, nobody was in there
luckily we were in the carpool lane, all the other lanes were backed up
the accident must have just happened because there were no cops or ambulances or anything
