I used to have an original Mu-tron III optical wah/volume pedal.
The thing had an AC cord built in, and ran off of an optical lens, (kinda looked like a little magnifying glass) for sweep.
Cool pedal. It was a beat up 70's wah, and I sold it on ebay for 250 bucks, and I saw some better ones on there for 300. Crazy.

Now I have line 6 wah, which sounds like creamy faggots.

the weeping demon is a cool wah pedal, another one to consider is the boss wah they put out recently, its good shit as well.

I had a Morely wah when I was a kid, back then I thought it sounded good, but nowadays I'd have no idea.

Yup...I have 36 banks and I use 1 for distortion and 1 for delay/clean.
A few weeks ago I even made a THIRD bank for a dry/clean.

fuck all of that, its all about the line 6 insane. lows at 10, mids at 5, highs at 7. distortion boost on, presence boost on. hands down the best high gain sound ive ever used.

I used that preset on a spider before, but its not a great comparison without a 4x12.

I fucked with mine both ways, and for some reason, it just sounds fuller, and less midrangy with my air on, so I left it like that.
Im gonna try it w/o now that Im using 2 cabs. I doubt I'll change it tho.

i dont bother with fucking around with a cab sim, considering my cab sounds great. i use the pod as a head. nothing more, nothing less.
