I played an El Diablo. They've got one at Frank's Guitar SHop in Peabody Mass. Check it out. It's pretty nice and a little more affordable than a lot of other "boutique" amps. The genz benz cabinets are sweet, too.

I think the Genz Benz sounds more like a rock amp from clips and when I've heard it live...I dunno, never played one though.
VHT pitbull 150 will own it hands down.

never heard of pitbull...very interesting...i just traded a 7 string jackson rhoads for a marshall cab with celestions...yeehaw

one of the guys in mucopus (not el justin) uses the genz benz el diablo. it sounded pretty nice to me.
and danny p does have a pitbull, and it sounds quite nice as well. very warm sounding.
