Who the fuck cares if it's been said? I recently heard it amidst all the talk of "it sucks" or "it's a joke song", and I just took it for what it was, an amazing song shitting on the mindless formulaic format that too many bands use. Basically saying, "what you do is no big deal, and easy for a truly great band". They were right.
