canada to portsmouth took forever.
started off with beautiful snow...
then it when to freezing rain.
I-89 was closed from exits 17 to 11 (in vermont) so if you got off i-89, you had to stay on the highway cause once you got off, there were cops and fire trucks blocking the on-ramps.
there were about 9+ cars off the road including
1) an SUV blazer on it's cab in a ditch
2) a flat bed tow truck upside down on the passager's cab side
plus, a bus across all lanes of the highway.
the drive was hella slow going.. I really should have taken pictures, but didn't.
