Is there software that converts PAL to NTSC To burn foreign film? If so where can i get

i'm not a video nerd, but i do know the only difference is the frame rates, so it should be fairly easy to find one

there are some machines that will play both and you can also hack certain players to play european films too

i tried to do that long ago..unsuccessfully though..sorry

I use this thing called DVD Copy Plus, v.3.8 and I'm pretty sure it can do that. I think I just downloaded it from Kazaa. But I haven't used it in years, so don't quote me.
