New site? Maybe some day.
I just had this quoted, it's going to be an archtop wich you can't tell from the pictures and there will be a LED on/off switch wich you also can't tell from the pictures, but use your imagination.
I know, the picture is huge.
opinions? |
will the LEDs make it play better? |
omg dude that is going to be an insanely sick bass |
Wow somebody likes WASP..... |
eeet loooks like a spiider, mr. jones. |
sweet jesus...that thing looks like the end of the world |
haha, it's going to cost half of the worlds resources. |
start callin' you SHELOB! |
Just get a steinberger.
I'M A WILD CHILD COME AND LOVE ME!!! |
thats a sick looking bass indeed! |
you'll poke an eye out!!!! |
Nice.
Is this only the second Arachind bass being commissioned. I've seen pics of another one in progress from the MCS site. I think the other one is kind of cheesy though, with bullet hole inlays and "pure evil" carved into the body wood. Kinda ruined it for me. |
haha, yep, I am getting #2. Rob Clammy beat me to #1.
The first arachnid ultra bass goes to a man by the name of 'Clammy'
He plays for a band called exciter, great guy but he's more into 80's metal and things of the sort, so his basses 'theme' is alot different than mine. It's exactly how he wanted it though, it really fits him.
His guitar is going to have chrome bevels, it will look insane. |
how much is that thing gonna run u? |
damn, thats the most metal bass ever created. |
starts at 2700 plus custom finish+300$. the electronics are warwicks so probly 200$+... all together it will come close to 4 grand but I get the entire building period to pay. |
holy crap i'd be afraid to even touch something like that. i'd probably cut myself. |
you shoudl install a homing device and a car alarm on the bass too, so no one will be able to take it |
oddly enough, it comes with a scanning chip/homing device mechanism. Insane. |
the snagg chip has been put in most custom shop guitars for the past year or so. these chips are so in the case of gear theft, it would be easier to track down. |
