The Satanic Temple is itself a modern parody of Satanism intended to make political and social points. Greaves has no sincere belief or fidelity to Satanism; he weaponizes its imagery and texts for his own ends, which is exactly what the show does. I’m a fan of his ends, but the lack of self-awareness here hurts."
