Uaral-Sounds of Pain album has good finger pinking
if you're into 12 string guitars, and anything by James Blackshaw is worth picking up. Litany of Echoes is an awesome album for that. It's not for a beginner, but inspirational nonetheless.
the song Classical Gas and any cover of it is also worth looking into
