Just found a shitty quest bug in Markarth (Dwarf city?)

There's some broad that gets murdered by a forswarn in the market square. Some dude gives you a note to meet him, and sends you on a quest to figure out the forsworn conspiracy. I follow the whole thing, interview people, unravel this whole plot, and am told to return to the dude at the temple.

I get there ... and he's dead. Nada. Two guards standing nearby do nothing. Typical talk about sweetrolls and arrows to the knee. The quest is left hanging at Return to Whatsisbutt.

I looked it up, and there's some guards that are supposed to jump me in the shrine and start the next phase of the quest. But it doesn't happen.

So instead, I dropped 30,000+ on a SWEET FUCKING MANSION in Solitude. I wanted a place with an alchemy table AND an enchanting table. This house is badass.
