The model range is so wide, its unlikely that you'd not find at least one model that suits you. The only laneys that I've really liked were the GH100L and Protubes. Great bang for the buck amps. Though I still prefer the flexibility/added beefiness (due to the 6L6s) of the VTMs. Not to say I don't go for the british tones, I currently have a quad of JJ EL34s and very much enjoy it.
