I like Guitar World's inclusion of Bill Steer, Mikael and Peter, Abbath, Michael Amott, etc. and I am quite suprised to see Euronymous on any published American list of any kind! Did they include a picture? Or Mayhem's story maybe? Whatever, now my pet peeve: Steve Vai listed as a guitarist for David Lee Roth! Why don't they list him independently, which was how he got famous more or less and is when he wrote all of his best stuff.
