The two sides are reviewing the contract, which is expected to be signed today. Moss, 30, was an unrestricted free agent after the Patriots elected not to designate the 10-year veteran as their franchise player. In his first season with the Patriots in 2007, Moss set the NFL single-season record with 23 touchdown receptions, while catching 98 passes for 1,493 yards.
