The code was pretty bloated at the time it was released (dishing out less eye candy than it should for the resources it used) but that's not much of an issue now that computers are faster/cheaper and the game is a year or so old. The game was definiitely fun. It was by no means a trailblazer as far as graphics/stroyline/gameplay goes but it was still great. And I'm the same way with those types of games. The ONLY way to play them is with the sound jacked up and the lights off. (....and I also have to deal with bright blue lights illuminating the room too haha)
