They don't ban anything. Not because they can't or don't feel like it....but because the president of the college is super anti-censorship. They just monitor the library and watch what people are doing. If it starts getting crowded they just kick off the people who aren't doing anything. If it's dead....who cares, do what you want. They figure that since we're paying our bills then we should have full use of the facilities.
