It's in a better location. The drinks at the Palladium are cheaper than at Mark's. ($4 for a bud light is ridiculous, in my opinion.) The Palladium also does more in the way of promoting their shows. I don't understand why the Palladium isn't booking any of these shows. I also don't understand why the Palladium doesn't book local openers like they used to. At least if a band payed to play at the Palladium, they would be playing to a much larger audience than they would at Mark's.
